And as a result of this common passion that we share, the “Romanian Farmer’s National Team” has developed. Given this common passion, we organize a set of congresses where there attend hundreds and hundreds of people involved in the due development of Romanian agriculture. It’s because of this common passion why we have gathered under the tricolor flag, in all great events attended by the “national” football players within the last decade. At the 2017 edition of the “Romanian Farmer’s National Team” congress, over 700 farmers from Rodbun community got together at Rin Grand Hotel and they met a lot of manufacturers, input and tools distributors and banks and insurance company representatives. In one interactive format, of a constant dialogue, we have exchanged ideas, opinions and views based upon the experience of each one of us, trying to identify together the best solutions so as to bring prosperity to the Romanian farmers.

“Super-farmer awards”.  We give awards for our partners’ performance. At the congress in 2017 we have granted 16 “Super-farmer” awards to the best productive farmers who got record – results in the regional statistics for wheat, oat, triticale and peas, Genetica premium brand.

Rodbun style party . Our congresses always end up in super cool parties, all night long, while keeping with the outstanding Romanian tradition of Rodbun community. In 2017, there were some well appreciated artists, such the Band in Clejani, Mihai Napu or Andrei Duban.

Istanbul:  Turkey – Romania. We’ve started in October 12^th 2012, in Istanbul, when from the tribunes we have clapped our hands for Romania’s 1-0 victory in the preliminaries for the “world cup” in Brasil, in 2014.

Bucharest: Romania – Hungary. On October 6^th 2013, at the great victory of 3-0 against Hungary, one entire sector of the National Arena has been colored in the tricolor, but only in red and white, namely the Rodbun colors. It was us and our farmer friends.

Athens: Greece – Romania. We also went together at the playoff games with Greece. On November 15^th 2013, in Athens, 200 “players” of “Romanian Farmer’s National Team”  have encouraged the Romanian National Team’s players from the tribunes.

Bucharest: Romania – Greece. Similarly, 500 people have hoped for a qualification on the stadium, a return match in Bucharest (19^th of November 2013).

Bucharest: Romania – Argentina. March 5^th 2014. More than 600 farmers have come to Bucharest to find together a series of solutions for the agricultural business development as well as to encourage the national team in the match played with Messi’s team. After the game, we celebrated by throwing a super “Rodbun” brand party!

Lyon: Romania – Albania. At the last participation of Romania in one final tournament (Euro2016, in France), together with 300 farmers we have encouraged the national team against Albania, in Lyon. As we always do it, in the 3 days we have spent in Hexagon, we have mixed passion with usefulness and on this occasion we have had an extraordinary experience exchange with the French farmers.

Warsaw: Poland – Romania. In June 2017, 250 “players” of the “Romanian Farmer’s National Team”  have been for three days in Warsaw on the occasion of the match between Poland and Romania. On this occasion the people being present there have attended a presentation of agricultural tools that has been organized by the largest Polish manufacturer – namely UNIA.
