Rodbun shops stand for one of the most dynamic company divisions, undergoing a constant growth every single year, and nowadays Rodbun has got to that point where it manages a national network of over 70 facilities, strategically located in areas of an agricultural interest in the country. Establishing the Rodbun agricultural shops chain has stood for one natural development due to the experience having been gained within the last 15 years of activity on the Romanian agricultural market. It’s experience that has helped us know the best the challenges faced by the small farmers, and by help of the complete range of products that we trade in our shops, we’re able to meet all the requirements and cover any and all needs they may have.

It’s experience that has helped us know the best the challenges faced by the small farmers, and by help of the complete range of products that we trade in our shops, we’re able to meet all the requirements and cover any and all needs they may have.

This line of business stands for more than 10 million Euros investment, 4 logistical centers adjusted to agricultural business, duly provided with state of the art technological lines for the due acceptance, storage and processing of cereals and state of the art plants for seeds conditioning. With a processing capacity of more than 60.000 tons/year, under optimum circumstances, we are capable of meeting the highest exigencies in terms of quality. These four plants and logistical centers are strategically located in some of Romania’s significant sites.

In a team of over 80 professionals, we’re currently working more than 10.000 ha in the 9 farms strategically located at the national level in the relevant agricultural areas in Romania. We’ve wished to develop this activity line so as to better understand the challenges and needs the farmers have, in order to be able to check and find the best technological solutions for the latter.  We’re constantly developing, we’re working with the state of the art products and agricultural technologies, and each year we manage to turn these farms in one agricultural model of efficiency and performance. Each year we invite our farmer partners to pay a visit to Rodbun farms, where the Field Days are celebrated.

We manage the best logistical infrastructure on the Romanian agricultural market. Given our wish to become more efficient and more operational, we’ve expanded our trucks fleet. We currently operate more than 300 trucks for the transport of cereals and general goods and trailer trucks of 3.5 tons which are provided in the zonal warehouses.

With one transacted volume of more than 150.000 tons of cereals per year, Rodbun has become one significant player on the cereals trade market in Romania. The Rodbun trading office works directly with the end-processors in Romania, the Western Europe and Asia and it develops partnerships with the big international traders that are present in our country. Our mission is to get the best conditions for freight taking over as far as our farmers are concerned.
